Rehabilitation Centre (Inc.)

Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre (Inc.) is managed at a number of levels:

Management Committee
The Management Committee consists of eight long standing volunteers, with June Butcher AM, founder of Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre (Inc.), as Chair. This committee decides policy and makes general management and financial decisions.

Media and Promotions Committee
This small committee is responsible for the development of new fundraising inititiaves, brochure publications and the Kanyana website.

Supervisors
A team of volunteer supervisors and treatment personnel supervise each shift of volunteers and meet monthly to enable standard practices and treatments to be shared and to identify and solve day-to-day problems. This team is led by Ruth Haight, a member of the Executive Committee, who is a registered veterinary nurse and a long standing volunteer at Kanyana.
