By leaving Kanyana a gift in your Will you will be contributing to the ongoing protection of Australian wildlife through the valuable work undertaken by the dedicated people at Kanyana, and you may be fully confident that your gift will be put to good use.
Kanyana recommends that you consult a solicitor or other qualified legal practitioner when preparing your Will to ensure it complies with all legal requirements. You may however, wish to provide the following words to your legal practitioner as a guide:

Our full and correct name is Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc.
We are happy to provide a copy of our Constitution’s objects and non-profit clauses to your legal practitioner upon request. If you or your legal practitioners have any other questions about making a bequest to Kanyana Wildlife, please do not hesitate to contact us.
