By leaving Kanyana a gift in your Will you will be contributing to the ongoing protection of Australian wildlife through the valuable work undertaken by the dedicated people at Kanyana, and you may be fully confident that your gift will be put to good use.
Kanyana recommends that you consult a solicitor or other qualified legal practitioner when preparing your Will to ensure it complies with all legal requirements. You may however, wish to provide the following words to your legal practitioner as a guide:
I give and bequeath to Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc., for the use and purpose of said organisation, the sum of ......... dollars, or .......% of estate, free of all death and estate duties and the receipt of the Treasurer or Administrator of the said organisation shall be sufficient discharge to my executors.
